» How will we recognise our driver when we arrive?
Our driver will be waiting for you in arrivals with a placard displaying your name.
» How long does it take to get from the airport into the city centre?
About an hour, taking the busy traffic into account.
» How long does it take to get from Civitavecchia sea port into the city centre?
About an hour and a half.
» What if our luggage doesn’t fit in the car with us?
Please bear in mind the size of the car you book. If you have a lot of luggage, it may be necessary to book a larger vehicle, even if there are only three people in your party.
» What is the cancellation policy if our plans change?
Please let us know as soon as possible.
» If we’re late, how long will you wait?
We’ll monitor your flight status so that if you’re delayed our driver comes later. If you’re delayed at immigration or in baggage reclaim, there’s a fee of € 20 per hour after the first hour.
» Which credit cards do you accept?
All major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners Club.
» Can we organise itineraries other than those advertised?
Certainly, we will be happy to accommodate any request as well as offer our informed advice.
» Can Orange Limos Rome find us Tour Guides or do we have to find our own?
We will be happy to organise Tour Guides on your behalf, but please let us know at least 15 days in advance.
» Can we travel with four passengers in the E Class and S Class cars?
If you have very little luggage, yes.
» If we need a car at short notice, how quickly can it be arranged?
We can usually provide a car within two hours but we’ll endeavour to get there even sooner if necessary.
» Are the drivers constrained by driving regulations, for example, how often do they need to take breaks, etc?
By law, our drivers are required to take breaks every four hours.
» Can the drivers offer recommendations such as where to eat or go out in the evening?
Certainly – you’ll find our local knowledge second to none.
» What is the procedure if we are not happy with the service?
Please contact our management by email.
» If my child is sick in the car and damages the interior, what am I liable for?
We ask that clients respectfully pay for any damages caused to our vehicles.
» Can we eat or drink in the cars?
We kindly request that you don’t eat in our cars and only drink from bottled containers.
» Can we smoke in the cars?
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
» Do the drivers wear uniforms?
Our drivers wear suits and our trademark orange tie.
» Do you have any orange limos?
» If the car breaks down on the way to the airport / runs out of petrol / the driver is late arriving, do you offer any compensation for missed flights?
We can proudly say that no client of ours has ever missed a flight because of us. If there is any such problem with the vehicle a replacement will be sent out immediately.
